Hitachi Energy Poland SP. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Global Marketing and Sales Performance Analyst to provide financial insights and decision support across the organization.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, develop KPI frameworks and support planning, forecasting and performance management in a dynamic global environment. The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or related areas, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Performance Management experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; experience with ERP and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Marketing & Sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for commercial functions.
• Monitor profitability, pricing and margin development across products and regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to provide financial guidance.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure commercial performance and business objectives.
• Conduct variance analyses with explanations of results vs budget and forecast.
• Assist in business case development and investment evaluations.
• Leverage Power BI and MS 365 tools to improve reporting efficiency.
