Job summary

Techland S.A. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the global marketing function for its AAA titles from Wroclaw. You will shape branding, launches, and ongoing support, coordinating with Product, Publishing, Creative, and Development teams to drive growth and commercial results across key markets.

You will build robust marketing strategies, ensure effective cross-team execution, and manage budgets and external partnerships to maximize reach and player engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience at senior level.
• Experience leading international marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
• Strong grasp of brand, digital, performance marketing and UA.
• Proven track record building and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to balance long-term branding with short-term commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Set overall marketing direction for brand, communications, UA and performance marketing.
• Develop marketing plans and processes to enable cross-team execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Publishing and Creative on positioning and go-to-market.
• Lead global campaigns from announcement through post-launch support.
• Define success metrics and review performance to drive improvements.
• Oversee creation of trailers, art, digital campaigns, social content and assets.
• Manage and develop Brand, Communications, UA and Creative Production teams.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize value.
• Build relationships with agencies, platforms, media and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities.
