Techland is seeking a Marketing Director to lead its global marketing function, shaping how our games are positioned, launched, and supported throughout their lifecycle. You will build strategies that strengthen our brands, grow player communities, and deliver commercial results across key markets.

As part of the publishing leadership team, you will collaborate with Product, Publishing, Creative, and Development to bring games to market, guide messaging, and oversee campaigns from announcement

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of marketing leadership in AAA games.
• Experience leading large-scale international campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand, digital, performance marketing and user acquisition.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• English fluency; Polish or additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Set overall marketing direction across brand, communications, user acquisition, and performance marketing.
• Develop clear marketing plans and processes for cross-team execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Publishing, and Creative to define positioning and go-to-market.
• Lead global campaigns from announcement through launch and post-launch.
• Define success metrics and review campaign performance to improve results.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials: trailers, art, digital campaigns, social content.
• Manage and develop Marketing teams across Brand, Communications, UA, and Creative Production.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure value and ROI.
• Build relationships with agencies, platforms, media, and partners.
• Monitor trends and channels to identify new opportunities.
