Job summary

Techland is seeking a Marketing Director to lead its global marketing function, shaping how our games are positioned, launched, and supported throughout their lifecycle. You will build marketing strategies that strengthen our brands, grow player communities, and deliver commercial results across key markets.

As part of the publishing leadership team, you will work closely with Product, Publishing, Creative, and Development teams to bring our games to market, support long-term franchise growth,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in AAA games.
• Proven track record leading large-scale international campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong expertise in brand, digital, performance marketing, and user acquisition.
• Experience building and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall marketing direction for Techland’s games, covering brand, communications, UA, and performance marketing.
• Develop marketing plans and processes to enable cross-team execution.
• Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies with Product, Publishing and Creative teams.
• Lead global campaigns from announcement through launch and post-launch support.
• Define success metrics and review campaign performance to improve results.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials: trailers, art, digital campaigns, social content, assets.
• Manage and develop Brand, Communications, UA, and Creative Production teams.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure value and impact.
• Build relationships with agencies, platforms, media outlets, and external partners.
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities to optimize marketing efforts.
