Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in AAA games.
• Experience leading large-scale international marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Fluent in English; Polish or additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Setting the overall marketing direction for Techland’s games.
• Developing marketing plans and processes for effective execution.
• Leading global marketing campaigns from announcement through launch.
• Managing and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Planning and managing marketing budgets.
