Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join the Client Role team. The role is permanent full-time and responsible for supporting proposals, presentations, marketing campaigns, digital content, and events across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure high-quality marketing and business development support that drives client engagement and growth, gaining exposure to commercial and marketing

Qualifications

• Experience within a Marketing, Business Development, Communications or Commercial Support role.
• Experience supporting proposals, presentations, campaigns, events or other client-facing marketing activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and professional work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach to work.
• Experience working within professional services, financial services, legal services, consulting or another fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing technology platforms or digital marketing tools would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, presentations and other client-facing business development materials.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and assist with the creation and distribution of marketing communications.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, credentials documents and content libraries.
• Provide support for conferences, webinars, sponsorship activities and client events.
• Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity and social media content.
• Conduct market, client and competitor research to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases and business development trackers.
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver marketing and business development support to agreed deadlines.
• Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the team's service offering.
