Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Manager in Kraków to lead a growing support team and drive regional marketing and business development initiatives. You will oversee cross-regional workflows and ensure high-quality pitches, proposals and campaigns for global markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing operations, business development, shared services or commercial support function.
• Proven people management experience, ideally within a matrix or international organisation.
• Strong workflow, project management and resource planning expertise.
• Experience supporting proposals, tenders, presentations, campaigns or client-facing commercial activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
• Strong analytical and organisational capabilities, with experience developing reporting and service metrics.
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for building scalable, efficient teams.
• Experience within professional services, financial services, legal services, consulting or a similarly fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a growing Marketing & Business Development support team.
• Oversee workflow, prioritisation and resource allocation across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations and business development materials.
• Drive operational excellence through effective processes, reporting, governance and quality control.
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content and events support activity.
• Develop service standards, performance metrics and management information to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and act as a trusted partner to regional marketing and business development teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.
