Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is seeking a Client Relationship Management Coordinator to join our growing CRM team in Cracow, Poland. You will support business development, coordinate client opportunities, and maintain CRM data, contributing to proposals, reporting and onboarding initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate records, timely updates, and efficient processes across compliance, marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, client services, or professional services environments.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial services, client onboarding, KYC/CDD processes would be beneficial.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn about services and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President, Director and wider CRM team with new and ongoing client matters.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within the CRM platform.
• Track business opportunities and support client onboarding activities.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and internal reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across compliance, marketing and business development teams.
• Support the maintenance of CRM processes, procedures and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to reporting, process improvements and ad hoc projects.
