Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in global B2B marketing or events.
• Proven people leadership experience, mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Experience directing marketing campaigns, executive events, and client engagement initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing campaigns, events, and activation programs across global markets.
• Partner with senior marketing and business leaders to align activities with growth priorities.
• Lead conferences, client events, webinars, leadership forums, and sponsorships.
• Develop, mentor, and encourage a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Use insights, analytics, and partner feedback to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
