Job summary

Instant Impact is partnering with a leading global Financial Services firm to appoint a senior Marketing Operations leader. The role oversees a team delivering proposals, pitches, campaigns, digital content and events support across multiple regions.

You will establish governance, processes and service standards to underpin the commercial function, partnering with regional Marketing & Business Development teams and senior leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing operations or commercial support function.
• Proven people management experience in a matrix or international organisation.
• Strong workflow, project management and resource planning skills.
• Experience supporting proposals, tenders, presentations and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior-level influence.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a growing Marketing & Business Development support team.
• Oversee workflow, prioritisation and resource allocation across regions.
• Ensure delivery of pitches, proposals, presentations and materials.
• Drive governance, processes and quality control for operations.
• Coordinate campaigns, digital content and events support.
• Develop metrics and MI to drive continuous improvement.
