Job summary

Globetek Ltd. in Poland seeks an experienced Project Logistics & Customs Coordinator to manage complex international supply chains for a major investment project.

You will oversee materials moving from Asia, the UK, and the EU to the construction site in Poland, ensuring full compliance with trade regulations. You will coordinate sea and road freight, supervise port discharge, and work with customs brokers to manage import/export documentation and VAT treatment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international logistics with customs focus.
• Experience managing sea and road freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of EU customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Exposure to large-scale infra or construction projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Polish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics for project materials from Asia, UK, and EU.
• Manage sea freight and road transport booking, tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Supervise port discharge in Poland and last-mile delivery to the site.
• Interface with customs brokers; manage import/export documentation.
• Ensure VAT treatment for imports and intra-Community movements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to align schedules.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement supply-chain solutions.
