Job summary

Gusti Leder GmbH in Poland invites a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to optimize our supply chain and ensure timely delivery across domestic and international markets. You will work closely with purchasing, freight forwarders, and carriers to keep operations smooth and costs in check.

You will monitor transport schedules, respond to disruptions, and analyze logistics data to drive improvements while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Knowledge of international transport processes.
• Experience organizing road transport.
• Experience coordinating a vehicle fleet.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and collection of goods across domestic, European, and international markets.
• Collaborate with purchasing on delivery planning and execution.
• Plan transport operations and monitor timely completion.
• Maintain cooperation with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
• Respond quickly to transport schedule changes and delays.
• Monitor shipment status and take action to resolve issues.
• Prepare and analyze logistics data and reports.
• Handle transport documentation and regulatory compliance.
