Digital Marketing Manager

We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA New Logo Segment, to join our Global Demand Generation team in Warsaw, Poland, reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation/Digital Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage digital marketing strategy for the EMEA New Logo Segment across both Enterprise and Commercial segments, driving awareness, engagement, buying-group growth, pipeline progression, and marketing contribution to bookings. This role is designed around the Digital Marketing Manager I scope of owning digital strategy for a region, leading cross‑functional campaign execution, and owning KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Collaborating closely with Field Marketing, BDR leadership, account executives, marketing operations, agencies, and regional stakeholders, you will extend the new logo segment model in EMEA through always‑on digital surround, QA‑triggered motions, buying‑group buildout, localization, and digital and mid‑funnel activations such as webinars, virtual workshops, interactive offers, and other online engagement programs.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
  • Build integrated digital demand plans for the EMEA New Logo Segment across Enterprise and Commercial target accounts
  • Own execution of always‑on digital surround programs for core campaigns such as Network Modernization and Preemptive Security across paid, display, webinar, and content syndication channels
  • Partner with Field Marketing, BDRs, account executives, and operations to align tiering, 6QA motions, account priorities, and weekly segment activations in line with sales and ABM account strategy
  • Drive buying‑group growth and database health initiatives to reduce low‑contact target accounts and improve readiness for in‑market activation
  • Launch and optimize localized and region‑specific digital programs in partnership with in‑region stakeholders and agency support
  • Manage segment‑related vendors, agencies, timelines, and budget tracking for assigned programs and channels
  • Monitor funnel progression and campaign performance across AQL, MQL, SAL, SQL, pipeline, and bookings metrics; translate insights into optimization recommendations
  • Present program performance, priorities, and recommendations to demand generation leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, segmentation, and attribution to improve decision speed and marketing impact
  • Translate complex marketing questions into AI‑powered analytics solutions that drive insights, better investment decisions, and stronger go‑to‑market outcomes
Be Prepared — What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing strategies for EMEA, product line, or named‑account program
  • Strong command of digital marketing platforms, campaign orchestration, CRM systems, and marketing automation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑channel campaigns, budgets, vendors, and performance forecasting
  • Experience analyzing funnel performance and using data to improve lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy while aligning with strategic priorities and cross‑functional goals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present plans and results clearly to leadership and peers
  • Familiarity with account‑based and intent‑driven demand generation motions, including tiering, 6QA‑style activation, and buying‑group development
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data‑privacy requirements, and consent‑compliant marketing practices for EMEA digital and database programs
  • Preferred European language capability beyond English and/or demonstrated multi‑market EMEA experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to Infoblox values including collaboration, integrity, customer obsession, transparency, respect, and innovation
Be Successful — Your Path
