Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced L&D Process Manager to lead learning and capability transformation initiatives in a hybrid Katowice role (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across international teams to ensure measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in L&D transformations, strong PM experience, expertise with LMS/LXP and digital learning ecosystems, and fluency in English plus German or French.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in L&D transformations and capability development
• Solid project management experience in cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of learning processes, governance, and operating models
• Experience with learning technologies (LMS, LXP, digital platforms)
• Hands-on experience designing learning content and delivering training
• Ability to connect learning with skills, workforce planning and business strategy
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (C1+) and German or French

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D transformation projects end-to-end (planning, scope, RAID, budget)
• Design and optimize end-to-end L&D processes and governance
• Support implementation of learning platforms (LMS, LXP)
• Develop learning operating models, vendor governance and service delivery structures
• Define and track learning KPI and adoption metrics
• Facilitate workshops aligning learning strategies with workforce needs
• Apply process improvement methods to L&D operations
• Design training concepts and create learning content tailored to client needs
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients (virtual and in-person)
