You will architect global processes, standards, and analytics to digitize training content and track progress. You will serve as the Global LMS Admin for Cornerstone, overseeing course uploads, content reviews, and analytics, while coaching SMEs and admins on digitization, learning paths, and

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
• Strong technical writing and copy editing skills.
• Proficiency with Cornerstone LMS and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in LMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage courses, content, and analytics in Cornerstone LMS.
• Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization.
• Develop role- and skill-based learning paths.
• Create and lead HV Global LMS Collaboration Network.
• Analyze training data for continuous improvement.
