Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in Technology, Science, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
• 10+ years in andragogy, training, or knowledge content management across manufacturing/engineering/tech sectors.
• Expertise in adult micro-learning, role-based training design, skill mapping, and adaptive learning methodologies.
• Proficient with Camtasia, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to determine content needs and create engaging technical material.
• Architect the Global HV Learning Center of Expertise and define learning objectives and assessments.
• Develop stories, scenarios, knowledge checks, and multimedia content aligned with brand standards.
• Analyze content analytics to drive continuous improvement and learner outcomes.
• Lead projects to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and maintain documentation.
