Job summary

LAPP Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Global Lead Management Expert to join its Marketing Communications team.

You will develop, standardise and optimise global lead management across the LAPP Group, ensuring consistent capture, qualification, handover, tracking and analysis of leads across trade fairs, events, campaigns and digital channels. You will coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Digital Units and international subsidiaries, establish KPI frameworks, and

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Several years’ experience in B2B marketing, lead management or CRM.

Responsibilities

Lead development and governance of global lead management.
Define end-to-end lead capture, qualification, handover, tracking, reporting.
Ensure high-quality lead data and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage global lead generation across trade fairs, events, campaigns, and digital channels.
Establish KPI frameworks and reporting standards for lead management.
Drive marketing automation and CRM-based communications.
Design automated lead nurturing and customer journey strategies.
Monitor lead quality and conversion rates with data-driven insights.
Develop global dashboards to support performance tracking.
Serve as SME and provide training to stakeholders.
