Job summary

ESAB is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Strategy in Gliwice, Poland to lead the Marketing Operations & Strategy team, owning Wrike governance, resource planning, and financial infrastructure for a global marketing function.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, and regional teams across continents, manage two India-based finance and project assistants, and report to the VP of Global Marketing, driving visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations or senior operational leadership.
• Experience managing people and leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams.
• Proven track record in budget management, financial tracking, and departmental reporting.
• Deep expertise with enterprise project management platforms (Wrike strongly preferred); familiarity with SAP, Medius, or comparable ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own department operations, strategy, Wrike governance, and real-time workload visibility across the global team.
• Monitor workload distribution, create resource models, and produce operational reporting for capacity planning.
