Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced leader to drive the launch of new customer operations, expansions, transformations, and strategic initiatives across the Technology and Industrial sectors. You will lead end-to-end deployments, manage readiness, budgets, and a 10–15 person launch team, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in contract logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, technology, or related supply chain environments.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operational launches, start-ups, customer implementations, or business transformations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation technologies, WMS platforms, and broader supply chain processes.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational launches from project initiation through stabilization and handover to BAU.
• Manage operational readiness, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and lead launch teams (10-15 direct reports).
• Drive process development, operational design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead systems implementation, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Act as senior operational contact for customers, regional leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support warehouse automation and technology deployment projects, including FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and performance.
• Develop relationships with customer leadership to ensure excellent experience.
