Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced WMS Super User to bridge Operations and IT, ensuring WMS is implemented and optimized across the cluster. You will act as a subject matter expert for major WMS platforms and support migrations, upgrades, and business implementations.

The role requires a minimum of five years in WMS and contract logistics, fluent English and German, and the ability to work independently within multicultural teams. Poland-based position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, IT, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Contract Logistics.
• Fluent English and German are required; other languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms and operations.
• Experience with WMS implementations and system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between Operations and IT for all WMS-related matters.
• Support the execution of the global WMS strategy and roadmap.
• Act as SME for strategic WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, Infor, Mantis, WiaB, CWMS).
• Support new business implementations, migrations, and legacy replacements.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, releases, and patches.
• Provide first-line support for operational teams and resolve issues.
