As a Proxy Product Owner, you will bridge business stakeholders, end users, and the development team to turn needs into actionable requirements. You will maintain a high-quality backlog, prioritize work with cross-functional teams, and assist in delivering valuable solutions across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments with backlog management and user story creation.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into deliverables for development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and accountability; ability to drive initiatives to completion.
• Good understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify needs, and define outcomes.
• Transform business requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a well-structured backlog and define priorities with business and tech teams.
• Collaborate with developers to define optimal solutions and validate functionalities against requirements.
• Develop deep product knowledge and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.
