Job summary

DP World seeks a Regional Tender Manager to drive strategic tender opportunities and craft competitive proposals across the region. You will bridge customer requirements with DP World’s capabilities, shaping value-driven logistics solutions for sustainable growth.

You will coordinate with Global Key Accounts, Tender Management, and cross-functional teams, guiding end-to-end bids while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related commercial environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to interpret tender requirements and craft pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global tender opportunities as a Bid Manager, coordinating stakeholders through to completion.
• Develop competitive responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for Global Key Accounts.
• Facilitate the Tender Management process with clear timelines, responsibilities, and governance.
• Prepare and review pricing proposals with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Freight, Logistics, IT, Legal, and Key Account teams for high-quality proposals.
• Monitor performance via bid tracking, post-bid reviews, and lessons learned.
