Job summary

The Customization Group seeks a System Administrator to maintain on-premise infrastructure in Szczecin and provide global support for the group. You will work across networks and systems, ensuring reliability for colleagues across time zones.

Applicants should have a hands-on background in networking, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365, with a proactive, security-minded mindset and a readiness to learn AI-driven automation tools. On-site in Szczecin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a systems administration or network administration role; fresh graduates considered if they have hands-on experience
• Foundation in networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, able to reason about misbehaving networks
• Some systems grounding: Microsoft 365 or Windows Server, PowerShell or cloud exposure is a plus
• Security-minded work approach; able to keep things safe by habit
• Troubleshooting with methodical approach and documentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt, on-site in Szczecin; good Polish/English language skills

Responsibilities

• Look after the network for multi-site setup using MikroTik and HPE/Aruba with VLANs and VPN
• Administer systems: Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune) and on-prem Windows Server
• Support colleagues across sites, resolving network and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot to root cause and document fixes to prevent recurrence
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows using internal tools and connectors
