Job summary

Flex is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Tczew, Poland. The role focuses on securing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

You will ensure system availability, performance, and security while supporting projects and enforcing IT procedures. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in IT System Administration.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
• Preferred: Servers, data storage & backup systems, cloud architecture and services, Windows Servers and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.
