Flex is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Tczew, Poland. You will oversee secure, reliable IT infrastructure including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

The role requires 2-5 years of IT system administration experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, and strong Polish and English communication skills. You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years experience in IT System Administration.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
• Preferred Qualifications: Servers, data storage and backup systems, cloud architecture and services, Windows Servers and Linux knowledge TK43.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.
