Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator for 2-3 years in a large company.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and server OS.
• Ability to perform security management and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-user tickets and provide IT support.
• Track and monitor incident resolution progress.
• Install and configure software settings on PCs.

Skills

Technical qualification in IT

System Administrator experience
