Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems support.
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, login, connectivity, and permissions issues.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues, escalating when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing information, system records, and documentation.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates, and digital form deployments.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before they affect users.
