Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of prior experience in an IT support position.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerShell or automation tools.
• Excellent knowledge of server administration and debugging tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain Windows servers across sites.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services.
