Qualifications

• Fluent English and Polish required.
• Previous experience in IT support or similar environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of regulated environments (GxP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software.
• Second level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
• Documentation of problems and knowledge base creation.
• Service Request Management, Access Management, User Management, Onsite Support.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
• Process Improvement activities.
• Consult with IT experts on unclear courses of action.
• Apply knowledge of overall systems and landscapes as appropriate.
