Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
• Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems.
• C1 level English.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to thrive in a multinational team.
• Eagerness to learn and work under pressure.
