Lundbeck GBS Krakow is seeking an IT Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term position to join the Global IT Service Desk. You will provide endpoint support to employees and external consultants, handle requests and incidents, and participate in IT projects across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint and Office 365.
• Experience with ITSM processes and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT end-user support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide.
• Handle reported IT service requests and incidents, restoring normal service swiftly.
• Participate in IT projects and work within a 24/5 Service Desk with rotating shifts.
