Lundbeck Krakow is seeking an IT Specialist to join the Global IT Service Desk team, providing essential IT support to employees and external consultants worldwide. The role includes handling service requests, incidents, and participating in various IT projects in a rotating three-shift system.

You will support Windows 10, AD, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM systems in a multinational team, ensuring quick restoration of service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
• Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems.
• C1 level in English.

In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global IT Service Desk team and provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to our business operations. You will also participate in different IT projects.

The Global IT Service Desk operates 24/5 from Monday to Friday, and the position requires working in a rotating three-shift system, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of corporate functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases.

As an IT Specialist, you will join our multicultural Team of IT Supporters located in Krakow and provide the IT support to Lundbeck globally. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated Team, develop your IT skills and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
