In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global IT Service Desk team and provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to our business operations. You will also participate in different IT projects.
The Global IT Service Desk operates 24/5 from Monday to Friday, and the position requires working in a rotating three-shift system, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

As an IT Specialist, you will join our multicultural Team of IT Supporters located in Krakow and provide the IT support to Lundbeck globally. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated Team, develop your IT skills and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.

Annual base salary range: 81 500 - 112 090PLN gross.
