You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring rapid restoration of normal service, and participate in various IT projects.

The Global IT Service Desk operates 24/5 from Monday to Friday, with a rotating three-shift schedule including morning, afternoon and night shifts, offering a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
• Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM systems.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Handle reported IT service requests and incidents and restore normal service quickly.
• Provide IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide.
• Participate in various IT projects.
• Work in rotating three-shift system including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
