Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking ability.
• Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk.
• Excellent Bulgarian language skills, both spoken and written.
• German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolve errors and malfunctions via remote access.
• Prioritise, classify, and document issues in the ticketing system.
• Forward unresolved tickets to appropriate support units.
• Manage and monitor tickets within service level agreements.
• Share knowledge and maintain documentation in the knowledge database.
