Job summary

You will oversee the Vulnerability and Patch Management Centre of Excellence, driving standardized practices, escalation frameworks, and performance metrics across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting incident, event, and problem management.
• Senior management or associate director level IT operations experience.
• Managed multi‑domain operations across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Tier 2 operations across infrastructure, digital workplace, and cloud.
• Own and run the Vulnerability and Patch Management Centre of Excellence with governance.
• Define and maintain operating rhythms, escalation protocols, and performance standards.
• Operationalize observability and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with security and engineering teams to triage vulnerabilities and patches.
