Job summary

Bain & Company, a global advisory firm, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join Coro's DevOps and Assurance team in designing and operating Azure infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring scalable, secure delivery across Bain's platforms.

You will collaborate with architects and backend engineers to implement Terraform-based solutions, manage AKS, IAM, and observability, while promoting automation and reliability in a fast-paced product environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud platform roles.
• Proven track record designing and operating cloud infrastructure in production.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams in fast-paced product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
• Architect and manage Azure networking: VNet/subnet design, private endpoints, DNS resolution, NSG rules, and Front Door Premium configuration.
• Provision and maintain Azure platform services: App Services, Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI, Container Registry, Key Vault, Entra ID, and Storage Accounts.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for container builds, infrastructure deployments, and application releases.
• Implement environment promotion workflows with gating, secrets management, and rollback strategies.
• Design and operate GitHub-hosted private runners with network integration to Azure VNets.
