Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a Staff Engineer I in DevOps to lead cloud infrastructure design and automation for Coro's DevOps and Assurance team. You will shape Terraform-based platforms, Azure networking, and CI/CD workflows while ensuring security and reliability at scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on architecture, mentoring engineers, and partnering with global teams to deliver secure, scalable software delivery across Bain's digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of cloud infrastructure built on Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
• Architect Azure networking end to end including VNet topology and private endpoints.
• Define identity and access architecture (Entra ID, RBAC, Okta integration).
• Define and own CI/CD strategy using GitHub Actions for containers and deployments.
• Lead observability and security practices across DevOps and platform teams.
