CD Projekt is seeking an experienced leader to drive digital transformation across ERP, BPMS, and data warehouse ecosystems. You will guide strategy, architecture, and automation to scale operations, partnering with business units and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role leads a ~20-person team, ensures governance and security, and manages budgets, aiming for measurable ROI and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in ERP/BPMS/Data Warehouse domains with leadership
• Proven team leadership of ~20 people or larger
• Experience driving organizational change and adoption
• Knowledge of system integration (API, middleware)
• Strategic, communicative, and governance-focused
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for ERP, BPMS, data warehouses, and apps
• Own and manage CAPEX/OPEX for enterprise applications
• Identify and implement automation solutions with measurable savings
• Oversee integration projects and data architecture (ETL/ELT, data models)
• Lead recruitment, skill development, and resource planning for ~20 staff
• Establish SLA/KPI for system availability and data quality
• Implement governance: data security, roles, permissions, compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate maintenance: development, migrations, testing, contingency
• Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and ROI
• Promote continuous improvement with data analytics and AI/ML where valuable
