Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cloud infrastructure for Coro's DevOps and Assurance team. You will drive Terraform-based infrastructure, Azure networking, and secure deployment patterns across production, demo, and development environments.

You will mentor engineers, define CI/CD standards with GitHub Actions, and partner with central cloud teams to raise the bar on reliability, security, and scalability of Bain's software platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or cloud platform engineering at senior/staff level.
• Proven track record architecting and operating cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Experience leading DevOps or platform engineers in fast-paced product organizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Terraform design, modules, state strategy and remote backends at scale.
• Architect end-to-end Azure networking, private endpoints and DNS for multiple environments.
• Define standard for provisioning Azure services (App Services, SQL, OpenAI, storage).
• Own CI/CD patterns with GitHub Actions and container lifecycle from build to deploy.
• Lead observability and security initiatives; manage incidents and remediation.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and shape platform roadmaps across NGSS.
