Job summary

Link Group in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior ERP Leader to shape our Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central landscape. You will steer architectural decisions, oversee complex deployments, and drive cloud integrations using AL, Power Platform, Azure, and APIs.

You will mentor a multinational team of developers and consultants, align project delivery with client needs, ensure high performance, and promote DevOps practices across the ERP program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ERP experience with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.
• Strong AL programming; familiarity with C/AL for legacy transitions.
• Experience with Power Platform and integrations via Azure services.
• End-to-end ERP implementations including complex data migration.
• Familiar with DevOps, version control, and CI/CD processes.
