Job summary

Accenture Warsaw is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 consultant to design, implement and optimize end-to-end D365 processes for B2B industries. You will shape target state processes, define user journeys and collaborate with sales/commerce teams to enhance pricing and discounting strategies.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, hands-on D365 config, and strong M365/Power BI knowledge, with mobility across Europe and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive industry/consulting experience in Energy, Automotive, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources or Financial Services.
• Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for B2B industries.
• Hands-on configuring D365 for different industries (e.g., Automotive, Life Sciences).
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
• Knowledge of M365 and Power BI.
• Strong program management / people management skills.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, functional and implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Assess end-to-end D365 processes to identify gaps, benchmark with best-in-class practices and help the client define target state processes standardized across geographies/business units.
• Define user personas and user journeys.
• Work as an integral part of the client’s sales and commerce organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.
• Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.
