Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Manager to lead a growing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team in Kraków for a global organisation planning to establish an IT Shared Services Hub in Poland.

You will report to the IT Director and build an internal team of D365 F&O professionals to support global entities, ensuring stability, continuous improvement and development of the D365 F&O environment across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team.
• Experience with global D365 F&O environments across entities.
• Excellent communication and English fluency; proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal D365 F&O team, including Architects, Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Developers.
• Build, develop and grow the team in line with the organisation's IT strategy and business needs.
• Oversee ongoing support, maintenance and continuous improvement of D365 F&O across globally implemented entities.
• Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Coordinate global ERP activities, prioritise workloads and ensure appropriate resource allocation across projects and support initiatives.
• Establish and maintain effective team processes, delivery standards and governance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align the D365 F&O roadmap with business objectives.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Manager to lead a growing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team in Kraków for a global organisation planning to establish an IT Shared Services Hub in Poland.

Reporting directly to the IT Director, you will be responsible for building and managing an internal team of D365 F&O professionals, including Architects, Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Developers. The team will support the organisation's existing global entities, ensuring the stability, continuous improvement and development of its Dynamics 365 F&O environment across multiple countries.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a global ERP team and play a key role in shaping the new IT hub in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal D365 F&O team, including Architects, Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Developers.
• Build, develop and grow the team in line with the organisation's global IT strategy and business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, implementation, support and ongoing development.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary ERP teams, including Architects, Project Managers, Consultants and Developers.
• Experience supporting a global D365 F&O environment across multiple legal entities or countries.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• A proactive, strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
