Job summary

BVI Medical in Krakow is seeking a Digital Workplace & IT Support Analyst to serve as the IT partner for our Krakow office and Poland-based remote employees. You will deliver end-user support, manage Microsoft Intune and M365, and drive adoption of Power Platform tools to improve COE workflows.

The role emphasizes AI-powered automation, process optimization, and governance in a regulated MedTech environment.

Qualifications

3–5+ years IT support experience within COE/GBS/SSC/SSC/BPO environments.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 platform.
Fluent in Polish and English with strong communication skills for non-technical COE users.
Demonstrated Power Platform skills: Power Automate and Power BI; Power Apps a plus.

Responsibilities

End User Support for Krakow office and Poland remote employees, handling incidents and requests.
EUC & device management using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and policy enforcement.
COE IT support for Finance Ops, HR Ops, and Customer Service process owners.
Drive adoption of M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and build Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards.
Pilot and govern AI-powered automation tools across COE processes.
Maintain IT knowledge base, map workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
