Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Manager of Global Information Security – Identity and Access Management (IAM) to assist the IAM Leader in all aspects of IAM, providing solutions, services, and operations to secure our globally expanding footprint.

You will manage global IAM resources, contribute to the vision, strategy, framework and roadmaps for IAM including SSO, MFA, PAM, provisioning, access certification and RBAC, and lead governance and audits. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with professional IAM experience.
• 7+ years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions including IDaaS, MFA, and SSO.
• Experience with AD/Azure AD, IAM governance, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IAM resources to implement and operate identity and access management strategy.
• Develop metrics and drive continuous improvement across IAM programs.
• Governance, audits, and segregation of duties management within IAM.
• Lead IAM architecture initiatives and collaborate with vendors and IT teams.
• Manage IAM team and strategy execution.
