Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager of Global IAM to guide the identity program across the enterprise, overseeing architecture, strategy, and governance. You will manage global IAM resources and drive KPIs, while ensuring compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and GxP standards.

The role requires extensive experience with IDaaS, MFA, PAM, SSO, and cloud security across AWS/Azure, plus leadership of a high‑performing IAM team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in planning, architecting, designing and delivering enterprise IAM solutions (IDaaS, MFA, PAM, SSO).
• Experience with AD/Azure AD, SAML, LDAP, PKI and cloud security in AWS/Azure.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance focus across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IAM resources to implement and operate the IAM strategy.
• Develop vision, strategy, framework and roadmaps for IAM including SSO, MFA, PAM, access control.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement; manage SOD and compliance activities.
• Establish IAM continuity strategy for business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Publish IAM policies, procedures and standards; support audits and governance.
• Oversee architectural efforts within IAM and lead the IAM team.
