Job summary

Galderma in Kraków is seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Governance (IAM/PAM) to lead the global IAM/PAM function within Cyber Security. You will govern human, technical, privileged, and AI-driven identities across IT and OT, manage risk related to privileged access and critical roles, and drive an IAM program across the organization.

The role requires extensive leadership, deep IAM/PAM expertise (SSO, IGA, risk management), and collaboration with IT, HR, and external partners in a regulated

Qualifications

• Higher education in Information Technology, Information Security or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security with at least 5 years in IAM/PAM.
• Leadership experience and vendor/ MSP management.
• Strong knowledge of Saviynt and CyberArk or equivalent IGA/PAM tech.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit support.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IAM/PAM team, including coordination with external partners and managed services.
• Own the IAM program roadmap, budget, and delivery of IAM/SSO/PAM projects.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures with continuous improvement.
• Oversee lifecycle management of all identities (human, technical, privileged, AI-driven).
• Define requirements for IAM systems and integrated applications.
• Govern privileged access and critical roles with vaults and session controls.
• Extend governance to machine/AI identities, align with regulatory best practices.
• Primary contact for audits/compliance; manage evidence, findings, remediation.
• Provide security expertise to IT, HR, stakeholders; translate risks to business terms.
• Support risk assessment, incident response, and continuous improvement.
