Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Manager of Global Information Security – Identity and Access Management (IAM) to assist the IAM Leader in all aspects of IAM, providing solutions, services, and operations to secure our globally expanding footprint.

You will manage global IAM resources, contribute to the vision, strategy, framework and roadmaps for IAM including SSO, MFA, PAM, provisioning, access certification and RBAC, and lead governance and audits. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with professional IAM experience.
• 7+ years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions including IDaaS, MFA, and SSO.
• Experience with AD/Azure AD, IAM governance, and audit support.

Senior Manager of Global Information Security – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. The Senior Manager of Global Information Security – Identity and Access Management (IAM) will assist the IAM Leader in all aspects of Identity and Access Management, providing solutions, services, and operations to secure our globally expanding footprint.

Essential Functions

• Manage global cyber security IAM resources to implement and operate BeOne’s identity and access management strategy.
• Contribute to the development of the vision, strategy, framework and road maps for global identity and access management including SSO, federation, MFA, privileged access management, provisioning, access certification and role‑based access control.
• Develop and manage key metrics (KPIs) and execute continuous improvement efforts.
• Be responsible for segregation of duties management and other IAM compliance related activities.
• Establish IAM continuity strategy to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Develop and publish IAM policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Support and drive all IAM‑related governance and audit initiatives including segregation of duties management, related audits and handling of internal and external audit requests.
• Lead architectural efforts within IAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience/ certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience planning, architecting, designing and developing enterprise IT solutions for IAM, including IDaaS, MFA, PAM, SSO, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD is required.
• Experience with Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (Saviynt).
• Experience with elevated privilege management is required.
• Experience with MFA and SSO is required.
• Understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI.
• Experience with security in AWS and Azure is a plus.
• Experience in defining, implementing and executing IAM services across a global enterprise.
• Experience developing role‑based access control strategy and production implementation.
• Extensive experience working with IT vendors, suppliers and managed services providers.
• Experience in ITSM tools, ITIL v3 framework is a plus.
• Preferable experience working in regulated industries, including leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance and industry‑recognized best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, GxP).

Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead and manage an IAM team.

Salary Range (Poland)

298,000.00 PLN – 372,500.00 PLN.
