Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, preferably in regulated environments.

• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

The Engineering Lead Analyst – Cybersecurity Specialist (IAM) is a senior-level technical role focused on designing, deploying, and governing enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) architectures within a highly regulated financial services environment. The position centers on Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), automated user lifecycle management, and aligning security controls with regulatory mandates.

What will your tasks involve?

• IAM & PBAC Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM systems with a core focus on Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions (e.g., PlainID, Axiomatics).

• Automation & Provisioning: Develop scripts and automated workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and granular access management to minimize manual intervention and operational risk.

• Technical Leadership & Roadmap: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance initiatives, define system enhancements, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the long-term IAM strategy.

• Risk & Security Audits: Conduct security audits, troubleshoot high-impact IAM issues, and ensure strict alignment with institutional risk management, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across virtual, cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with business goals and maintain thorough system documentation.

What we expect from you?

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, preferably within global financial institutions or complex enterprise setups.

• Technical Stack: Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, and Azure AD.

• Protocols: Strong expertise in identity and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

• Scripting: Advanced automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting languages.

• Education & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems; strong analytical, diagnostic, and project management capabilities.
