BeOne Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager of Global IAM to guide the identity program across the enterprise, overseeing architecture, strategy, and governance. You will manage global IAM resources and drive KPIs, while ensuring compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and GxP standards.
The role requires extensive experience with IDaaS, MFA, PAM, SSO, and cloud security across AWS/Azure, plus leadership of a high‑performing IAM team.

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Manager of Global Information Security - Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position will assist the IAM Leader in all aspects of Identity and Access Management throughout BeOne Medicines by providing exceptional IAM solutions, services, and operations to secure our globally expanding footprint. We are looking for an individual with a passion for cyber security to work alongside a talented team to grow our IAM program.
As Senior Manager of IAM, you will assist and lead initiatives in architecting, implementing, and maintaining all identities across the entire enterprise including those responsible for the entire identity lifecycle. This role requires you to have a strong background and understanding of all cyber security domains and the ability to work under compliance and frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GxP part 11. With BeOne Medicines being a cloud-first organization, with manufacturing presence, this role also requires you to be able to manage and consolidate a diverse portfolio of identities across the organization.
Salary Range Poland: 298,000.00 PLN - 372,500.00 PLN
